BROOKVILLE, N.Y. — Three-peat!

The LIU Spirit Program earned its third consecutive National Title after winning the Open Spirit Program Game Day Championship in Orlando, Fla.

LIU Spirit finished with a score of 93.1833 to secure the three-peat as the Cheer, Dance, and Finley teams took center stage during the 2025 national showcase at the UCA/UDA National Championship at ESPN's Wide World of Sports.

"Being a part of this program and performing with the dance team and Finley on stage has been such an honor," said cheerleading senior Alyssa Kannavos. "Cheer and dance support each other throughout the season during our separate routines, but when we come together, the energy we create is unmatched. It is unbelievable to think that this program now has three National Championships."
