EAST MEADOW, N.Y. — Tindra Holm already has earned one national award this season, having been named Hockey Commissioners Association Goaltender of the Month for November.

And on Friday, Holm was one of 28 student-athletes nationally to appear on the watch list for the National Women's Goalie of the Year award.

Holm was a semifinalist for that honor a season ago.

A junior from Skellefteå, Sweden and alternate captain, she enters this weekend's games against Franklin Pierce with a 12-7 record, 2.26 GAA, .940 save percentage and three shutouts.

The Sharks host Franklin Pierce on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 7:15 p.m. at Northwell Health Ice Center.
