MADISON, N.J.— The Long Island University women's fencing team closes out the fall season at the Drew Rangers Fencing Holiday Invitational at Baldwin gymnasium on Sunday. The Sharks will compete against seven local schools in the eight-round dual meet.
SCOUTING THE FIELD
The Sharks will take on familiar foes in tournament host, Drew along with NJIT, Hunter College and Fairleigh Dickinson. The Sharks will take on Army West Point, Denison and Yeshiva for the first time this season in dual competition.
NOTES ON THE SHARKS
LIU earned three wins last time out at the Vassar Invitational two weekends ago. The Sharks earned dual victories over Hunter College, Lafayette and FDU back on November 10.
