Admission for all home LIU women's flag football games is free to the general public.
The home schedule includes matchups with Montclair State University (March 23), Saint Joseph's University (April 7), Wagner College (April 14), Sacred Heart University (April 18), Saint Thomas Aquinas College (April 21), and Kean University (TBD).
All 12 of LIU's scheduled regular season games are a part of their Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) schedule.
The Sharks will compete in one non-conference competition when they travel to Lancaster, Pennsylvania to participate in the National Collegiate Flag Football League (NCFFL) regionals, April 10-11.
The season concludes May 2-3 in the ECAC Playoffs hosted by the New York Jets at the Atlantic Health Training Center.
"To see games officially get underway is not just exciting -- it's the reward of commitment, belief, and building something from the ground up," said head coach Jimmy Barbarise. "We are proud, prepared, and ready to represent LIU with passion and purpose."
