Box Score ORLANDO, Fla. – The LIU women's tennis team took on Providence College in Orlando Florida on Tuesday night and walked away with a 6-0 win over the Friars.
 
SHARK BITES

• The afternoon started off with the Sharks taking the doubles point thanks to a 6-0 flash win on court two duo Victoria Erechtchenko and Elinor Storkaas, and a 6-4 win on court one thanks to Valentina Dancenco and Sofiya Kuzina that secured the 1-0 match lead. Play on court three went unfinished before heading into singles play.
• Kuzina kept things rolling into singles, grabbing the first win in singles with a 6-4, 6-1 performance on court one to put the Sharks up 2-0 for the match.
• Jorjoliani grabbed another point with her 6-1, 6-4 win on court six before Dancenco clinched the victory at 4-0 over her opponent to take the match 4-0. Storkaas and Bianca Compuesto tacked another two onto the victory tally for the Sharks to take the 6-0 win, with play on court three going unfinished.
• Up next, the Sharks are back in action against Quinnipiac on Sunday, March 13 at 6:15 p.m.
