BRIDGEWATER, N.J. — Paula Guillen Cerver has been named the NEC's Women's Tennis Player of the Week after helping the Sharks earn their most recent win.
 
Guillen Cerver played a key role in LIU's 4-3 victory over FDU on March 11, picking up victories in both her doubles and singles matches. She paired up with fellow Shark Emma Jane Barclay to earn a 6-3 win in doubles, and won 6-3, 6-4 over her opponent in singles.
 
LIU will return to play on Sunday, March 15, taking on Delaware at 3 p.m.
