BROOKLYN, N.Y. — The LIU men's track and field team scored big in the classroom during the spring semester. And those efforts were celebrated by the Northeast Conference on Thursday.

Sixteen members of the team were recognized as members of the Spring Academic Honor Roll for having at least a 3.2 cumulative GPA.

Of those honorees, eight also earned a spot on the Commissioner's Honor Roll for possessing at least a 3.75 cumulative GPA.
