CROYDON, Pa. – The Long Island University bowling team wrapped up the Northeast Invitational on Sunday, placing 15th out of 26 teams over the weekend. The Sharks went 7-6.
Rhianna Smith was named to the All-Tournament Second Team.

The day began with the Battle of Brooklyn against St. Francis. LIU fell in the first game, but then won four straight games to capture the series victory.

The Sharks took on North Carolina A&T for the second match of the day, dropping the series 4-2. The day concluded with another match versus St. Francis Brooklyn. The Sharks swept the Terriers in four consecutive games.

Up next, Long Island University returns to action on Friday, February 7 for the Baker Classic hosted by Chestnut Hill in Sinking Spring, Pa.
