Biography

2020:
  • Made three relief appearances before the season was suspended due to the COVID-19 virus
  • Tossed two perfect innings of relief at Fordham, striking out two batters
  • Struck out two batters during a scoreless inning of relief at Nicholls

2019: 
  • Appeared in 14 games with four starts for LIU
  • Struck out four batters in four innings against ETSU on March 2
  • Recorded five scoreless relief appearances on the season
  • NEC Spring Academic Honor Roll Member. 

2018: 
  • Recorded a team high-15 starts on the bump for the Blackbirds as a sophomore
  • Logged a team leading 85.2 innings pitched, finishing top-four in the NEC
  • Struck out 89 batters on the year to finish second in the conference
  • Tied for seventh in wins with five (second on team)
  • Collected fist win of the season against Chicago State, yielding zero earned runs and just one hit while striking out seven
  • Recorded double-digit strikeouts on three occasions including career-high 14 punch-outs in eight innings at FDU in March
  • Named NEC Pitcher of the Week on three occasions (March 15, April 2, April 23)
  • Named to the 2018 NEC All-Tournament team after giving up no runs, only two hits, and striking out seven in 7.1 innings pitched in gamed one win over Wagner

2017: 
  • Named to the NEC Academic Honor Roll
  • Made 19 appearances on the mound for LIU, including six starts
  • Led the team in ERA (4.18), and finished with a 4-1 record on the bump
  • Was third on the team in innings pitched (60.1) and strikeouts (42)
  • Made five consecutive scoreless appearances
  • Had his first career start at Hofstra, pitching 5.0 innings, giving up just one hit while striking out three
  • Earned his first career win in a start Manhattan, pitching 6.0 innings, giving up just one run while striking out five
  • Had a complete-game three-hitter in a 2-0 win over Wagner, giving up just one unearned run with four strikeouts
