BRIDGEWATER, N.J. — The NEC announced its team GPA award winners for the 2024-25 season, with three of LIU's teams taking home honors.
 
Leading the pack was men's golf with a 3.660 GPA. Earning recognition for the second straight year, men's cross country achieved a 3.580 GPA, and women's bowling boasted a 3.460 GPA.
 
"I am so proud of our student-athletes in the bowling, men's cross country, and men's golf programs for achieving this honor," said Senior Woman Administrator Jean Anne Smith. "These young men and women truly embody our goal of achieving success in competition and in the classroom."
