EMMITSBURG, Md. – The LIU men's lacrosse team rallied from an 11-4 deficit to knock off Mount St. Mary's 15-12 to earn its first win of the season.
Ben Schuster and
Mark Regan combined for a total of 12 points in the win. Schuster scored a game-high five goals and added an assist, while Regan finished with a hat trick and three assists.
Brayden Wilken made three saves in 30 minutes of second-half relief action in net for the Sharks.
Shaun Hill went 15-for-25 on faceoffs, and LIU collected a team-high 48 ground balls.

LIU will play its home opener on Saturday, Feb. 15, at 2 p.m. against Iona.
