BROOKVILLE, N.Y. – Long Island University men's ice hockey alumni Grayson Constable and Jordan Di Cicco both signed professional contracts with overseas teams for their respective 2024-25 seasons.

Constable, who finished his NCAA career with 23 goals, 21 assists, 44 points and 104 blocks, has joined Coventry Blaze of the Elite Ice Hockey League in the United Kingdom while Di Cicco has signed with HC Gherdëina of the Alps Hockey League that is prominent in Austria, Coratia, Italy and Slovenia. This is Constable's first professional hockey deal since graduating from LIU.

"We are very excited to watch Jordan and Grayson continue on to professional hockey in Europe," said LIU Sharks head coach Brett Riley. "Jordan was our program's first recruit and played an instrumental part in our build in all areas. While he will be missed as a Shark, we look forward to watching him do amazing things in professional hockey."

Di Cicco, who appeared in two games with the ECHL's Adirondack Thunder in 2023-24 play, was a member of the inaugural LIU Sharks hockey class in 2020-21. The defenseman was an alternate captain the last two seasons and tallied 12 goals, 25 assists, 37 points and 60 blocks in his college career.

LIU men's hockey had a 16-win season with key victories over Yale, Colgate and Sacred Heart, while also playing tightly contested matchups with nationally ranked schools such as Arizona State, Boston College, Penn State and Quinnipiac.
