GRASONVILLE, Md. — The LIU women's golf team had a solid outing at Prospect Bay Country Club over the weekend, finishing in sixth out of twelve teams (+112). 

Simran Singh was the top Shark, finishing in a tie for 16th place after posting scores of 78, 81 and 77 (+20). 

Emily Byrne was second best, finishing in a tie for 24th with scores of 81, 82, 81 (+28). She was followed by Hailey Holbdy in a tie for 26th (78, 85, 82 = +29).

The Sharks will return to the course on Sunday for the FDU Knights Invitational in Hamburg, N.J.
