And the Sharks went on to defeat Merrimack, 10-8, in Saturday's home opener at Bethpage Federal Credit Union Stadium.

Mark Regan and
Aidan Zuhoski added two goals apiece.
Kyle Scandale produced his first collegiate goal.
Shaun Hill won 15 of 22 faceoffs.
Goalie
Jasper Simon made seven saves to earn the win in his collegiate debut.
The Sharks held a 10-5 lead late in fourth quarter and then withstood three goals in the final 3:45 from the Warriors.
LIU (1-1) returns to action next Saturday at Lindenwood.
