EAST MEADOW, N.Y. — Eight different LIU men's hockey student-athletes scored and the Sharks routed visiting Stonehill, 8-2, on Friday afternoon at Northwell Health Ice Center.
Coming off consecutive overtime victories against Colgate, LIU extended its winning streak to three games.
The Sharks built a 6-0 lead on goals from

Isaiah Fox,
Cade Mason,
Josh Zary,
Remy Parker and
Riley Wallack before Stonehill halted the run on a two-man advantage midway through the second period.
Chris Pappas and
Austin Brimmer added third-period goals.
Freshman goaltender
Noah Rupprecht improved to 3-0 in his collegiate career with a 19-save performance.
