SAN JOSE, Calif. — The San Jose Barracuda, the AHL affiliate of the NHL's San Jose Sharks, announced that LIU standout
Anthony Vincent has signed a contract for the 2023-24 season.
Barracuda GM Joe Will made the announcement Monday.
After completing the college season with LIU, the 25-year-old Vincent signed a professional tryout with the Barracuda on March 11. He appeared in 14 games with San Jose, collecting a pair of assists.
Prior to turning pro, he skated in 36 games with LIU in 2022-23, tallying 37 points (17 goals, 20 assists), 78 penalty minutes and an even rating. He was a Hobey Baker Memorial Award nominee.
