NEW HAVEN, Conn. — Josh Zary provided the dramatics on Friday night, evening the score with a goal with 2 minutes, 28 seconds remaining in regulation to earn a 2-2 tie at Brown.

Zachary Nazzarett provided the dramatics a night later.

Nazzarett, a senior forward from Cheektowaga, N.Y., scored the tiebreaking goal with 11:51 remaining in regulation. And after Grayson Constable added an empty-netter with 64 seconds to go, the LIU men's hockey team had earned a 3-1 win at Yale on Saturday night.

Goaltender Brandon Perrone made 24 saves in the victory.

LIU returns to action next Saturday when it faces Quinnipiac at 4 p.m. in Hamden, Conn.
