CANTON, Mass. — Emily Byrne and Lexi Delorimiere finished first and second among all Sharks at the Boston College Intercollegiate.
 
Byrne shot a 22-over-par 238, including a 79 in both rounds one and two.
 
Delorimiere, the Flower Mound, Texas native, shot a 79 to finish out the tournament.

"I'm really proud of our team's perseverance and stamina during this tournament," head coach Lily Bartell said. "This was a tough course with a lot of great competition, and we are excited to get back out there next week at Navy."
 
LIU women's golf has a quick turnaround before its next tournament.
 
The Sharks will travel to Annapolis, Md. to participate in the Navy Fall Invitational starting Friday.
