JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The LIU men's volleyball team earned another win on their final day of their trip to the Sunshine State, taking down the Tigers of Edward Waters University 3-1 (25-18, 25-18, 20-25, 35-33). 
 
SHARK BITES

• The Sharks faced-off against EWU for the second meeting in as many days and would earn the 25-18 win in the first and second set, hitting .324 and holding the Tigers to just a .126 hitting percentage to take the 2-0 match lead. 
• In the third set, EWU came out swinging and after LIU tied the set at 19-19, the Tigers took full control and won six of the last seven points of the set to win 25-20 and set the match at 2-1 to the Sharks.
• The fourth set was a battle, pushed back and forth by each team refusing to concede the set point until two back-to-back kills by Hasan Hadžic and a service ace from Luke Chandler lifted the Sharks to the 35-33 set victory and the 3-1 match win. 
• Hadžic had 13 kills on the match, hitting .500 percent. 
• Caden Satterfield had 10 kills and six digs while Chandler had nine kills. Chandler also had four service aces.
• Giomar Collazo sent over five aces to contribute to the team's season-high 15 total aces on the match.
• Freshman setters Kasey Clouet and Luca Holanda had 26 and 14 assists each. 
• Up next, the Sharks are heading to Springfield, Mass. to take on American International College on Sunday, April 3 at 1 p.m.
