BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Through the first three meets of 2022-23, junior Venna Andersen has stood out among the elite in the Northeast Conference.
 
On Wednesday, Andersen was named NEC Swimmer of the Week for the second time this year.
 
Last weekend in a quad meet at Sacred Heart, Andersen continued her dominant campaign with another first-place in the 100-yard freestyle.
 
She was also a part of the 400-yard medley relay team that finished first among all competitors.
 
LIU returns to action at St. Francis Brooklyn on Nov. 18.
