NORTHPORT, N.Y. — The LIU equestrian team finished as the reserve high point team at the NYU/Princeton show at Sagamore Hill Stables. 
The day began with 
Anna Perlow taking the win in her open over fences class. 
In intermediate over fences, Sam Beck won and Lilian Ferguson placed fifth. 
In limit over fences, 
Peyton LaFrenz took the win in her class, with 
Emmaree Hernandez taking fourth.
In the flat phases, Perlow took first place and Sam Beck took third in their open sections. 
In the intermediate flat, 
Sam Koeppel took second and 
Sophia Mirando took third.
In limit flat, 
Emily Lonegro, 
Shelby McKie and Julianna Lingner took the win in their individual classes and Annabella Wyman took third.
In the novice flat, 
Tatum Cawley took first in her class, with 
Olivia Korzep taking second, 
Alyssa Kolesnikova taking fourth and 
Helen Chimbos fifth.
In pre-novice, 
Natalie Farina won.
In introductory, 
Nicole Kravets and 
Abigail Zwilling won, Charlotte Kozlowoski took fifth and Tara Lauther took sixth.
The Sharks return to competition Nov. 13 at their home show, which will be held on campus at the North Shore Equestrian Center.
