BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Senior
Emily Byrne led the way for the LIU women's golf team at the Lehigh Invitational.
Byrne shot 74-76-150 during the two-day event to finish in a ninth-place tie.
The Sharks finished 10th overall among 16 teams competing.
Ashlee Garrett shot 79-80-159 to finish second among LIU student-athletes.
Lexi DeLorimiere (79-81-160), Vera Arrébola Granes (79-82-161) and
Maja Toth (83-88-171) rounded out the LIU competitors at Saucon Valley Country Club.
The competition completed LIU's fall competitions. The Sharks return to action in March at the Jack Rabbit Invitational in Boulder City, Nev.
