Courtney enters her first year with LIU and The Schwarz Institute. She is the LIU football physical therapist/athletic
trainer. She comes to LIU from the Indianapolis Colts where she was a Physical Therapist/ Athletic Training Seasonal
Intern. She is a licensed physical therapist with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of New England
(UNE) and a board-certified athletic trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from West Virginia University
(WVU). She has earned a certification in Sports Manual Therapy and a Performance Enhancement Specialization. She was the Men's Ice Hockey athletic trainer at Saint Anselm College from 2019-2020, she also worked as a per-diem athletic trainer at the University of New England from 2021-2024 while completing her physical therapy degree.
