Aimane Cherif El Farissy joined the LIU staff in May 2025, where he plays a key role in managing game day logistics, facility operations, and athletic events. A graduate of the Roc Nation School of Music, Sports & Entertainment at LIU, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management in 2025.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Aimane’s love for sports was shaped at an early age through his immersion in soccer culture, both at home and in the community. He brings that same passion and strategic mindset to his work in collegiate athletics.
Before stepping into his full-time role, Aimane completed a year-long internship with LIU Athletics, where he gained hands-on experience in ticketing, customer service, and event management. He was actively involved in setting up and tearing down athletic events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth game-day operations across multiple sports.
