Jemperrie joined the LIU women's basketball staff as an associate head coach in May 2026. Having previously served as the head women’s basketball coach at the University of Fort Lauderdale from 2023-2026, Jemperrie earned NCCAA Coach of the Year honors in the 2025-26 season. Prior to coaching at Fort Lauderdale, Jemperrie was the head girls basketball coach at Everglades High School in Florida from 2015-2023, where he became the program’s all-time winningest coach.  

Jemperrie began his collegiate playing career at Daytona Beach State, then moved to the Division I level at Drake University, before concluding his collegiate career at Campbellsville University. Additionally, Jemperrie played professionally in Uruguay, Mexico, England, and Norway from 2003-2007.
