Alex Brownlow enters his first year with Long Island University.
Prior to LIU Alex spent the previous NFL offseason as a private physical therapist and performance coach working with NFL athletes.
Alex started his professional career working with world renowned orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews at the Andrews institute in Gulf Breeze Fla. During his time in Gulf Breeze he treated sports and orthopedic injuries for professional, collegiate, and high school athletes.
In 2017 Alex earned a B.S. in Exercise Science from Elon University. Following this in 2018 Alex then earned a B.A. in psychology from Salisbury University, before earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University in 2021.
In addition to being a physical therapist Alex is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
