LEXINGTON, Va. — The LIU men's lacrosse team earned the No. 3 seed in the Northeast Conference Tournament after concluding its regular season against VMI on Saturday.

Aidan Zuhoski finished the game with five points, scoring three goals and adding two assists. Mark Regan also recorded a hat trick with three goals.

Cameron Connolly, Charlie Hunnewell, Owen Stefanko, Drew Togno, and Ben McIsaac each added a goal in LIU's regular-season finale. 

LIU fell short to VMI 15-12.

The Sharks will face Robert Morris in the opening round of the NEC Tournament on Thursday, May 1.
