BROOKVILLE, N.Y. — The LIU women's tennis team has earned the No. 3 spot in the 2025 NEC Preseason Poll (including two first place votes), coming off a 2024 season that featured an NEC Championship win and an NCAA Tournament bid.
The Sharks won their second consecutive NEC Championship last season in a decisive 4-2 victory over FDU, ultimately finishing the tournament 3-0 following additional wins against Stonehill and Saint Francis.
