BROOKLYN, N.Y. — The LIU men's volleyball team earned its biggest road win of the season, knocking off No. 17 Princeton, 3-1, on Friday night.

Christopher Knowles recorded a match-high 17 kills, while Chase Celichowski finished the evening with 14 kills and a double-double, adding 10 digs for the Sharks.

Isaac Benka was sharp defensively for the Sharks. The junior led the team with five blocks and capped off the match with an ace.

Luca Holonda also played a key role in the victory, finishing with 20 assists.

The Sharks improved to 5-2 on the season and 2-1 on the road. 

NEC plays starts March 21 against FDU, at the Steinberg Wellness Center.
