ST. CHARLES, Mo. — There's no better way to start a Midwest trip than with a win.
LIU men's volleyball took down Lindenwood in straight sets, 25-21, 25-22 and 25-22, and improved to 4-3 on Friday night after almost two weeks since its last match.
The Sharks were once again led by
Luke Chandler with 11 kills on a .375 hitting percentage. The sophomore opposite also registered eight digs and two block assists.
Tied for the team lead in kills,
Livan Moreno hit .500 and tallied 11 kills on 20 swings.
Freshman
Andre Aguilar showed consistency at the setter spot and notched 32 assists.
The San Juan, P.R., native reached over 30 assists for the third time this season.
LIU returns to action at McKendree tomorrow night at 7:30 p.m.
