BROOKLYN, N.Y. — The LIU men's volleyball team remains unbeaten in NEC play after its 3-2 win against Saint Francis University. 
The Sharks, which once trailed 2-1, batted back and forced a fifth set against the Red Flash — and it was a thriller.
LIU won the fifth and final set 21-19. Kale Spencer led the Sharks with a team-high 16 kills. Livan Moreno stepped up big with 14 kills and Caden Satterfield had 12.
LIU wrapped up its inaugural NEC home series with a perfect 2-0 record and will play at No.1 Hawaii Feb. 22.
