NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. – The LIU women's volleyball notched a Northeast Conference win on the road Friday, beating Merrimack, 3-0 (25-19, 25-11, 25-22). With the win, the Sharks improve to 11-1 overall, and 8-3 in the NEC.

• Senior Anastasia Scott led the Sharks on defense with 24 digs.
• Junior Karolina Nova had a team-high 13 kills, along with eight digs and three service aces.
• Senior Jovana Stekovic had 11 kills, eight digs and three aces.
• Sophomore setters Ainsley Malis and Allie Merz had 18 and 13 assists respectively.
• The Sharks hit .231 in the match, including .286 in the second set.
• Up next, the Sharks head to Providence to take on league-leading Bryant, Saturday, November 6 at 5 p.m.
