GAME BREAKDOWN

In the second half, LIU would come within striking distance of the Seahawks several times. A jumper by
Jermaine Jackson Jr. would cut the lead to 50-45 with 12:57 to play, but Wagner was able to widen the gap again with a run of its own. At the seven-minute mark, junior
Ty Flowers would make a three, and senior
Raiquan Clark followed that up with a layup at 5:54 that cut the lead to three points, 60-57, and Wagner called a timeout. LIU would stay close, and two free throws by Cotton would make it 68-62 with 1:43 to play, but the Seahawks held out in the end, taking the win, 72-64.
