BROOKLYN, N.Y. – The Long Island University women's swim team will wrap up the 2019 calendar year this weekend, taking part in the annual Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) Championship meet, being held at the Nassau County Aquatics Center. The three-day championship-style meet will feature some of the strongest teams on the East Coast, take place December 6-8, and give the Sharks an early look at the pool that will play host to the 2020 Northeast Conference Championship Meet.
SCOUTING THE FIELD
This year's field features some of the top teams on the east coast for ECAC competition. LIU will face off against: Adelphi, Baruch, Fairfield, Manhattan, Monmouth, Pfeiffer, St. Francis Brooklyn, St. Joseph's College (Long Island), Sacred Heart, Salem University, Siena and Stony Brook.
