"I am incredibly thankful to Athletic Director
Elliott Charles and President Dr. Kimberly Cline for the opportunity to lead the LIU field hockey program," said Rogers. "There is a strong foundation already in place, and I am excited to build upon it with passion, purpose, and a commitment to excellence.
"My goal is to foster a culture centered on accountability, development, and pride—both on and off the field—while continuing to elevate the competitive standard of the program. The future of LIU field hockey is bright, and I am energized and ready to get to work with our student-athletes and the entire LIU community."
