Sharks Fall To UTSA Despite Strong Relief Outing From Evan Panjwani

Panjwani pitched 2 2/3 scoreless innings and Cord Dobrinski earned first RBI of season in loss.

San Antonio, Texas — LIU finished up its four-game series against UTSA with a loss on Sunday, falling 7-1.
 
Despite the team's deficit, Cord Dobrinski went on to single home Mason Breton in the seventh inning for his first RBI of the season. Evan Panjwani pitched two and two-thirds scoreless innings in relief, marking his third straight scoreless outing thus far.
 
LIU will return to play on Tuesday, Feb. 25, taking on Hofstra at 3 p.m.
