BROOKVILLE, N.Y. — LIU Athletics is pleased to welcome Todd Kaiser as Senior Associate Athletic Director for Compliance.
 
"I am excited to have Todd join our Athletics leadership team. He has been a valued member of our university community and will be a major contributor to the future of our athletic department," said LIU Director of Athletics Elliott Charles. 
 
Kaiser has been a longtime member of the LIU family, playing a key part in the athletics department. He first joined the Sharks in 2016 as assistant women's lacrosse coach, a position he held for three seasons. Kaiser then went on to serve in various roles in Academic and Student Athlete Success in the five plus years that followed, including stepping in most recently as Associate Dean of Students in July 2023.
 
Prior to arriving at LIU, Kaiser's athletics experience included a three-year stint as women's head lacrosse coach at Queens College and additional time as an assistant at Adelphi University.  He received his B.A. from Quinnipiac University and holds a Master's Degree in Sports Management from Adelphi University .
