BROOKLYN, N.Y. — The men's and women's fencing teams welcomed Princeton, Penn, Columbia and St. John's to the Steinberg Wellness Center on Sunday.

This meet was a nice challenge for the two LIU squads as taking on this tough competition will prepare the Sharks for their remaining schedule.

Andrew Gefell, Tai Flot, Padick Loyola and Jabreel Green all picked up four victories for the men.

Anna Szántay (who went 3-0 against Princeton) and Costanza Greggi impressed for the women's side, each earning seven victories.  

The Sharks will return on Saturday, Feb. 10 at the UNC Invitational.
