Field Hockey Completes Rhode Island Weekend, Eyes Temple

PROVIDENCE, R.I. — The LIU field hockey team completed its weekend in Rhode Island on Sunday afternoon.

The Sharks fell to host Providence, 1-0, at Lennon Family Field.

The only goal came 42 seconds into the match.

LIU slipped to 0-3. The Sharks had faced. Brown on Friday to begin the weekend trip.

The Sharks next face Temple on Thursday at 3 p.m. in Philadelphia.
