PROVIDENCE, R.I. — The men's water polo team finished up its weekend road trip with a trip to nationally ranked Brown on Sunday.
Brown pounced on LIU early and left the first period with an 8-2 lead. The Sharks would keep on battling, but the early six goal deficit was too much and they fell 18-9.
Riyad Shehadeh wrapped up his stellar weekend with four more goals as his season total now sits at 67.
Josep Jodra Muñoz scored two while
Logan Morgan and
Karl Lovett each had one.
Liam Schlosser scored his first goal of the season.
The Sharks return to the Sunday when they travel to Princeton on Saturday at noon.
