BROOKVILLE, N.Y. – The LIU wrestling team hosted Brown University on Saturday, falling to the Bears, 22-12. 
 
SHARK BITES

• The match began with the 184 weight class, where Brown took a win by decision, but LIU tied it up with a win by Nunzio Crowley in the 197 matchup. He beat Cade Wilson, 4-2, to even the team score at 3-3.
• Tim Nagosky put LIU up with his 6-3 decision win over Lear Quinton at 285, 6-3.
• Brown won the next three matches, but Drew Witham got a win at 149 to keep LIU in it, as he beat Blake Saito, 7-5, to put the team score at 15-9.
• Brown won the final three matches, including a major decision, to take the win, 22-12.
• Up next, the Sharks will host Sacred Heart in their last home match of the season on Saturday, February 19.
