BROOKVILLE, N.Y. – For the second time this season, the LIU men's soccer team battled for 110 minutes with no winner decided. The Sharks battled Columbia at home Saturday, finishing the game in a 0-0 double overtime tie.
LIU out-shot the Lions, 21-13, and had multiple near misses on net, but couldn't finish, and move to 3-2-2 on the season with the draw.

Demetri Skoumbakis made eight saves to keep LIU in the game.
Several Sharks had multiple shots:
Andre Puente led the team with four shots, while
Papa Sow,
Emil Jaaskelainen,
Matthias Heiland and
Assane Ben Fall each had three shots in the game.
