Joshua Loeschorn, who threw seven innings, allowing four hits and two earned runs while striking out 10, a new career-high. With the win, LIU moves to 4-6 on the season.

- Saint Peter's struck first in the top of the third, scoring two runs on RBI singles to take a 2-0 lead.
- In the bottom of the third, Jack Power notched his first collegiate homerun, scoring on an inside-the-park homer to give LIU its first run of the game. In the same inning, Giovani Ciaccio doubled to center to score EJ Exposito to tie the contest at two apiece.
- The Sharks offense stayed hot throughout the inning, as Christopher Wasson scored Ciaccio on an RBI single to give LIU the lead, 3-2 heading into the fourth.
- In the fourth, Power added another run to the board on an RBI double to score Carlton Harper, pushing the advantage to 4-2.
- Nick Torres finished off the Peacocks in the ninth on a one-two-three inning, earning a groundout, strikeout, and flyout.
- Ciaccio finished 2-4 with an RBI, extending his hit streak to three games.
- Joshua Loeschorn earned the win, moving to 3-0 on the season. Torres earned the save after two innings of one-hit baseball, striking out two and allowing no runs.
