    Strength and Conditioning Coach

Born and raised in Zielona Gora, Poland, Jasnos, began his first season at LIU as a strength and conditioning coach in the fall of 2023. He directs all sports performance operations for the men’s basketball team, as well as the men's and women's water polo teams.

Prior to arriving in Brooklyn, Jasnos was a strength and conditioning coach at Wagner, where he too charge of men’s basketball, water polo, softball, men's and women's golf, and assisted with football.

Before his time at Wagner, Jasnos was a director of sports performance and facility manager at Elevation Sports Performance, where he worked closely with local high school basketball, volleyball, football, soccer, golf, baseball, softball, and track and field programs in the area. There, he was directly responsible for programming and implementing training programs, leading sports performance camps, and coaching individual college athletes, while coordinating operations of the performance center. 

Jasnos worked as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Lincoln Memorial University from 2019-2020, where he worked closely with the Railsplitters’ volleyball, golf, track and field and cross-country teams, while also assisting with the men’s basketball program.

Jasnos started his coaching career at University of Colorado, Boulder in 2018 as a professional strength and conditioning intern, assisting with implementation of programs for the Buffaloes' basketball teams under supervision of his mentor, coach Steve Englehart.

Before his coaching experience, Jasnos was a member of Dalton State College men’s basketball team from 2015-2018, and played his freshman season at Miles College in 2014-15

Before coming to the U.S., Jasnos was a member of a professional basketball team in Poland, Zastal Zielona Gora. His high school years he spent playing for his home-town basketball team in the Polish second league.

Jasnos earned his Master's of Business Administration in marketing from Wagner  in 2023. He earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree earned while being a student-athlete at Dalton State College. In addition to his business degrees, Jasnos received his Associate of Science, and Associate of Arts degrees from Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College.

Jasnos is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) under NSCA.
