Ash Adams joined LIU in December 2022 from Columbus, Ohio, where she was a high school varsity assistant coach for a combined four years with Bishop Watterson High School and Hilliard Darby High School.

Along with high school coaching, Adams coached summer travel lacrosse with Blackjack Elite and Lucky Lax clubs. During summer ball, she worked with all age groups, from sixth graders through seniors. 

Adams is a graduate of Muskingum University  in Ohio, where she set multiple offensive records and scored 145 career goals with the Division III program. Additionally, she made history by scoring the first goal for the program in its inaugural 2015 season.
