Lily Bartell joined LIU Athletics in January 2022 as head coach of the Sharks women's golf team.
Originally from Hilton Head, S.C., Bartell grew up playing golf at the local and national levels, and played collegiately at Bowling Green State University.
A four-year letterwinner for the Falcons, she held the lowest single-season stroke average for the 2015-16 season (77.13) and co-captained the team her senior year.
She served as a graduate assistant coach at Ohio University in 2020 and 2021.
Bartell earned a bachelor's degree in journalism with a minor in communications from Bowling Green in 2016. She earned a master's degree in coaching education from Ohio University in 2022.
