Assistant athletic trainer David Peele works with the fencing and women's basketball teams. 

David Peele joined the LIU staff in 2022.

A 2012 LIU Brooklyn graduate, Peele received a B.S. and M.A. in sports medicine and athletic training. 

After his time at LIU Brooklyn, David worked at Monroe College while being a clinical instructor for LIU until 2017.

Peele worked with the Nigerian Pro Basketball team in Rwanda for the FIBA Afrobasketball championship in 2021.
