Eyandra Molina joined the LIU women's basketball staff as an assistant coach in May 2026. Prior to LIU, Molina was the head girls varsity basketball coach at the Dublin School in New Hampshire from 2023-25. In 2024, Molina began a role with Exodus NYC AAU, helping to develop elite-level athletes through high-intensity practices with a focus on skill refinement, pace, and physicality. 

The Bronx native began her collegiate playing career at the Borough of Manhattan Community College, later playing at North Carolina Central University and Rowan University. Following her graduation from Rowan, Molina played for the Dominican Republic National Team from 2012-14
