CENTRAL ISLIP, N.Y.  — LIU made it back-to-back wins, thanks to a 2-1 victory over Temple on Sunday afternoon.

Though the game stood still at a scoreless tie after the first half, the Sharks were able to jump out to a 1-0 lead shortly after the second half began as Izzy Stein scored her second goal of the season.
 
Temple tied the score at one as the half continued. Grace Hennig's own second goal of the season came at the 87:47 mark, however -- following Bo Price's first collegiate assist --to give the Sharks a lead they'd hold on to the rest of the way.
 
LIU will return to field on Thursday, Sept. 11, visiting St. Bonaventure at 1 p.m.
