BRIDGEWATER, N.J. — Andrew Marotta has been named NEC Rookie of the Week for the second time this season.
 
The redshirt-freshman had six total saves, logging three in each of LIU's two games this past week. Additionally, his shutout in the Sharks' 0-0 tie vs. Mercyhurst on Sept. 28 was Marotta's fourth of the campaign.
 
Marotta and LIU will return to the field on Sunday, Oct. 5, visiting Saint Francis at 3 p.m.
